50th Wedding Anniversary

We recently hosted my parents' 50th Anniversary Surprise Party, and everyone raved about the wall of windows, the gourmet kitchen, the piano room (sunroom), and the Master Bedroom/Bathroom. I decorated with gold, platinum, and ivory balloons, and served a buffet brunch on the "Golden River" granite island. My parents cut their strawberry wedding cake in the dining room. They were beaming with joy! We so appreciate being able to treat them like royalty in our new Hampton home. Thank you and Classic Homes for making a dream come true!

I am an investor so I am looking for an appealing home at a great price. Classic Homes had the plan that worked for me and my business plan and we customized it together to make sure it would sell well.

I sold the home in less than 2 months of being on the market and even though I bought the lot in 2006 and sold the home in 2008, I still made a great profit. Not bad.

I also wanted to praise our superintendent, Jeff (pictured with the homeowners). He was amazing through the entire process, answering any question, regardless of how odd it was. He really takes pride in his work and his great customer service skills and knowledge of construction meant our process went so well and we have such an amazing house to call home.

In one week the big bad wolf shook, rattled, tried to roll and most certainly tried to blow the house down but my new Classic Home stood solid through it all. I had friends nearby who lost things off their walls and had breakage during the earthquake... I definitely felt it and heard the house creak and rattle in it's wake, but I felt safer inside than out! No issues at all. And last night as the wind whipped, I thought about how our last house sounded and felt like it was going to blow over with a strong breeze, but I slept soundly here through Hurricane Irene. I'm waiting for the locusts next week, but I trust my Classic Home will withstand them, too!
