One of our top plans is the Ashland. This design has a balanced combination of open living areas and private spaces where you can create a quiet retreat to rest, relax and rejuvenate.

Because everyone’s tastes are different, we offer Ashland in Modern Farmhouse, Contemporary and Traditional exterior elevations. This variety helps you find the style of home you love and gives you options to find a design that fits seamlessly into your chosen neighborhood.

Three plan packages allow you to customize your home with the spaces you need and want.

Package A, the base plan, starts at 3,920 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2-car garage. The main gathering space is a family room with gas fireplace. Formal living and dining rooms provide additional options for entertaining, while the study would make an ideal library or other quiet space. The Ashland’s optional basement can be customized with a rec room, wet bar, office, media room and more. Package A starts at $594,900.

Package B of the Ashland plan has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It starts at 4,270 square feet. This option has a larger kitchen, dining room and living room. The study has a full bath as well as a walk-in closet, and bedroom 2 has an en suite bath. Starting price is $654,900.

Package C starts at 4,750 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It adds a window-filled morning room off the kitchen. A loft or bedroom 5 is added on the second floor. Package C starts at $699,900.

Additional customizations are available to take this plan up to 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 6,870 square feet.
