• Being a Classic Homes client is not a requirement for eligibility and self-referrals are not accepted.
• Please introduce your referral to Classic Homes by providing your and their name and contact information BEFORE they reach out to us.
• The referral must be someone who has not been in contact with Classic Homes within the last 24 months and does not have an agent.
• *You get $10,000 and they get $5,000 in design upgrades. Referrals already with an agent do not qualify for this program BUT will instead receive a $1,000 design center bonus, and the referrer will get a $1,000 referral bonus!
• The referral bonus is paid upon home completion for contracts signed BEFORE January 1, 2026.
