Referral Program

-Being a Classic Homes client is not a requirement for eligibility and self-referrals are not accepted.

-Please introduce your referral to Classic Homes by providing your and their name and contact information BEFORE they reach out to us.

-The referral must be someone who has not been in contact with Classic Homes within the last 24 months and does not have an agent.

-Referrals already with an agent do not quality for this program BUT will instead receive a $1,000 design center bonus, and the referrer will get a $1,000 referral bonus.

-The referral bonus is paid upon home completion for contracts signed BEFORE September 1, 2024.
