As a longstanding multigenerational home builder in northern Virginia, we at Classic Homes put our very best effort into building houses that family members of all ages will love. At the 2025 Great American Living Awards (GALA), one of our sales team members was recognized for his high achievement. We also won an award for one of our exceptional home designs.
Sales Award
Our senior sales manager, Matt, won an Outstanding Sales Person award in the Build on Your Lot category. Matt has a lifelong passion for real estate and a degree in Business Management. He loves to help people reach their dream of owning a brand new home tailored just for them.

Spec Home Award
Classic Homes won an award for Best Design and Architecture for our Hampton design home at 1617 Woodmoor Lane, McLean VA. This gorgeous Modern Farmhouse offers three levels of living space with a smooth-flowing floor plan and high-end design details.
