This summer, enjoy the great outdoors from the comfort of your luxury covered porch. Instead of sitting out in the blazing heat of summer, create a shady oasis for the entire family to enjoy. You can watch the kids play in the garden from the porch, or you can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine at the end of a long summers day.

When you sign a contract with Classic Homes from April 2022 until July 2022 you can receive a free rear covered porch. This offer is available per floorplan, so if you fell in love with a floorplan that has a rear covered porch, you’re in luck! If you fell in love with a floorplan that does not have a rear covered porch no need to worry! We’ll give you a design credit to create your own in our design studio.

Here are some of our featured floorplans that you are going to love!  Click on the link to see the floorplan, photos, and a virtual tour!
